Artist Statement

I am a self-taught abstract artist, who works primarily with acrylic paint on canvas, paper, and the synthetic Yupo.

My process is intuitive and spontaneous, starting with simple marks in black pen or pencil. I often add water to blend these marks with paint, and allow it to create unexpected effects. I usually start with a color palette in mind, but let the artwork evolve naturally without forcing a specific outcome.

My inspiration comes from interior design, fashion, nature, and a love of color and patterns. I’m drawn to the contrast between structures and freedom, and my art reflects this balance. While I usually follow rules, art is my space to break free and express myself without limits.
